摘 要:对TiAl3和Cr3C2金属间化合物复合材料的3种粉芯丝材CCW1、CCW2、CCW3进行N2保护和无N2保护的超音速电弧喷涂试验,结合金相、硬度、SEM、能谱分析对喷涂层的组织结构及其高温冲蚀性能进行试验研究。结果表明,氧化夹杂物明显降低凝片与凝片之间的结合状况,冲蚀磨损导致凝片与凝片分离、凝片断裂、掀起和剥落;N2保护下的电弧喷涂层比无保护时的涂层更为致密和均匀,氧化夹杂物明显减少,硬度显著提高。试验条件下,N2保护的3种粉芯丝材电弧喷涂层平均体积冲蚀率分别降低了3.3、2.3和1.0倍。Three kind of supersonic are-spraying coatings containing TiAl3 and Cr3C2 intermetallics were fabricated with and without the protective atmosphere of nitrogen. The effect of nitrogen atmosphere on microstructure and high temperature erosion property of the coatings were studied by optical microscopy, microhardness testing,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectra analysis. It was found that the oxides in the coatings reduced the interracial strength between the neighboring splats which resulted from the arc-spraying procedure. Detachment, fracture, ploughing,and spalling of the splats were the main causes of high temperature erosion. Under the protective atmosphere of nitrogen,droplet oxidation was significantly reduced and density and structure homogeneity of the coatings improved, leading to remarkable increase of hardness. In the current investigation, the volume erosive rates of CCWl,CCW2 and CCW3 coatings are-sprayed under N2 protective atmosphere decreased by 3.3,2.3 and 1.0 times as that under air atmosphere.
