摘　　要：从分析集群式创新网络的演化过程入手,阐述创新网络的混沌特征,然后通过借鉴虫口模型来分析和检验集群式创新网络的发展路径。随着母体企业的聚化能力从弱到强的转变,集群式创新网络逐步出现混沌状态,而且不同的聚化能力表现出不同集群式创新网络演化的结果。通过有效地控制母体企业的聚化能力,可以从宏观上把握集群式创新网络的演化方向。The evolvement of the cluster innovation network resembles the multiplying process very much. The evolving process of the cluster innovation network is analyzed firstly, then the chaos characteristics of the network are expatiated. Finally the logistic model is referenced in order to analyze and test the development path of the network. As the polychem ability of matrix enterprises changes from weak to strong, the cluster innovation network will gradually enter chaos. And different polychem ability results in different evolving results of the cluster innovation network. Through controlling effectively the polychem ability of matrix enterprises, the evolvement direction of the cluster innovation network can be grasped from the macro - perspective.
