摘　　要：本文从广义角度界定了基于创新系统的产业生态转型内涵,建立创新系统与产业生态转型互动的结构和运作模型,并设计了创新-转型互动系统的协调发展测度模型,最后通过实证分析,提出基于创新系统的产业生态转型路径。From the generalized angle, the thesis defines the connotation of the industry ecological conversion based on the innovation system. It establishes the structural mode and operation model of the interaction between innovation system and industry ecological conversion, as well as designs the model to measure the coordinated development degree of the innovation - conversion interaction system. Finally through real diagnosis analysis, the thesis proposes the route for industry ecological conversion based on the innovation system.
