摘　　要：本文从"自主主体"、"自主成果"以及"自主程度"三方面解释了自主创新的内涵,给出了自主创新的系统框架,指出自主创新能力由自主创新投入能力、自主创新产出能力、自主创新运行能力和自主创新环境支撑力四部分构成,并论证了提升企业自主创新能力的可行性及存在的问题。The definition and intention of self- determined innovation is analyzed from the aspect of self - determined subject, self- determined production and self- determined degree in this article. The system of self- determined innovation is given, the structure of self - determined innovation capability is pointed out, and the possibility and problems of the enterprises advancing self - determined innovation capability is demonstrated.
