摘　　要：目的评价经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石疗效。方法采用经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石患者32例,统计手术时间,结石清除率,并发症等情况。结果本组平均手术时间50 min,一期的结石清除率100%,无严重并发症等情况。结论经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of minimal invasive percutaneous nephrostomy by ureteroscop on incarcerated suyperior segment metanephric duct stone . Methods Thirty-two patients with incarcerated superior segment metanephric duct stone were treated by reteroscop through minimal invasive percutaneous nephrostomy, statistics their conditions such as the operation time, the clearance rate of stone, concurrentdisease, etc. Results The average of operation time was 50 minutes, the clearance rate of stone is 100%. Conclusion It is an effective and safe method that the minimal invasive percutaneous nephrostomy by ureteroscop treat incarcerated uperior segment metanephric duct stone.
