摘　　要：详细介绍了适用于B型地铁车辆的ZMA120型转向架的结构、主要特点和主要技术参数。对该转向架的构架、车轴、车轮、轴箱体、牵引装置等重要部件进行了材料国产化、工艺验证、强度计算和型式试验,对整车进行了动力学性能计算,各项计算结果和试验结果均满足相关标准要求。This paper presents main characteristics, technology parameters and structure of type ZMA120 bogie used on B metro vehicles. Material localization, technical validation, strength calculation and type test are finished for the important parts such as frame, axle, wheel, axle box, traction device of the bogie. Dynamic performance calculation for the whole metro vehicle is carried out. The calculation and test results show requirements have been reached according to relative standards.
