摘　　要：临床医师培养工作是我国医疗卫生事业可持续发展的基础和支撑,临床医师队伍的整体素质和水平是决定医疗服务质量的关键因素。本文通过对2259名临床医师培养情况问卷调查的统计及分析,较为客观地反映了云南省部分医疗机构临床医师培养现状,并针对临床医师培养工作中存在的主要问题提出相应对策。The cultivation of clinical doctors is the base and support for the sustainable development of medical and health service in our country. The overall qualification and the level of service quality demonstrated by the medical workers determine the quality of medical service. The writers of the article analyzed statistically the questionnaires on the cultivation of 2,259 clinical doctors, which objectively showed the current situation on the cultivation of clinical doctors in some of the medical institutions in Yunnan Province. The writers also put forward some countermeasures to the main problems existing in the cultivation of clinical doctors.
