高尿酸血症患者血脂代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高尿酸血症患者血脂代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗的发生情况。方法随机选择68例高尿酸血症患者和40例健康体检者为研究对象,检测血脂、血糖和血清胰岛素水平,并计算稳态模型胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)指数,比较胰岛素敏感度的差异。结果高尿酸血症患者的血脂代谢异常率和HOMA-IR指数显著高于正常对照者(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症患者的血脂代谢异常率高于正常人,并与其胰岛素抵抗的发生、发展可能相关。Objective To investigate dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in hyperurieemia patients. Methods A control study was done in 68 hyperurieemia patients and 40 volunteer healthy people. Total eholesterol,triglyeerides,glueose and serum insulin level were detected and compared ,and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance （HOMA-IR） index which can reflect the sensitivity of insulin were calculated and also compared. Results The rate of dyslipidemia and index of HOMAIR in hyperuriee- mia was higher than that in healthy people with a significant statistical difference. Conclusions The abnormality rate of dyslipidemia in hyperurieemia is obviously higher than that in normal healthy volunteer. The hyperurieemia is likely related with development of insulin resistance.
