蓝科肤宁治疗激素依赖性皮炎的效果初探

摘　　要：目的观察蓝科肤宁止痒脱敏膜治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将158例患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用蓝科肤宁湿敷,2次/d,每次敷20min;对照组采用氧化锌软膏外用,2次/d。2组疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83.75%和29.49%,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝科肤宁止痒脱敏膜湿敷治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效明显且安全、方便。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Velvetfeeling on corticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods All 158 cases were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by wet compress for 20 minutes with Velvetfeel- ing twice daily for 1 month. The control group used zinc oxide ointment twice daily for 1 month. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 83.75% and 29.49% respectively. There was significance difference between the two group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Velvetfeeling is effective, safe and convenient for corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.
