整合性心理治疗寻常性银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨整合性心理治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法48例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为实验组25人和对照组23人,实验组在常规用药的基础上进行6周的整合性心理治疗,对照组则单纯用药物治疗,应用PASI评分法判定疗效,比较治疗前后2组患者的焦虑/抑郁症状和PASI评分的变化情况。结果治疗结束时,2组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于治疗前,只有实验组在实验前后评分差异有统计学意义(P(0.01);实验组评分降低程度与对照组评分降低程度之间的差异有统计学意义(P(0.01);实验组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P(0.05)。结论整合性心理治疗能明显提高寻常性银屑病的疗效和缓解患者的焦虑/抑郁症状。Objective To study the curative of integration psychotherapy for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 48 cases with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 25） and control group （ n = 23 ）. The control group received only drug treatment, whereas the experimental group was administered additional with integration psychotherapy. The treatment result was estimated by method of PASI. The anxiety symptoms,depressive symptoms and the PASI score were compared before and after six weeks＇ treatment in both groups. Results The anxiety and depression value in both groups were decreased, but the value of control group decreased not significantly. And the decrease rate in experimental group was larger than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total effective rate of experimental group were significant higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The integration psychotherapy on can enhance the therapeutic effect of psoriasis vulgaris and remit the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
