摘　　要：目的探讨IVU后行CTU诊断泌尿系统结石及评估IVU不显影的肾功能应用价值。方法对52例泌尿系统结石IVU120min不显影引起形态结构异常但不能确诊的患者做CTU扫描。结果对IVU检查不显影或不能确诊的结石大小、部位、扩张程度、梗阻肾的功能做出进一步评估。结论IVU与CTU结合为一体,是一种重要的补充检查方法,具有重要的临床运用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of CTU following IVU in diagnosis of urinary calculus and renal function in selected situations. Methods 52 patients were examined by CTU following IVU 120min,without using additional contrast medium. Resuits Questions on IVU were successfully answered,including the stone size, shape, location and the obstruction degree of ureter,renal function was evaluated by CTU. Conclusions Combination of CTU and IVU is an effective technique in appropriate situations in diagnosis of urinary calculus.
