摘　　要：目的了解心动过速性心肌病的影像学特点。资料与方法总结9例心动过速性心肌病患者的X线平片、超声心动图、心电图等影像资料,重点观察治疗过程与影像改变的关系。结果9例患者治疗前影像学资料表现为肺淤血,心影普大,二、三尖瓣关闭不全等;治疗后心影明显回缩(0.63±0.07比0.54±0.05,P值<0.01),肺淤血改善,左室射血分数显著增大〔(28.78±12.32)%比(45.56±8.75)%,P值<0.01)〕,其中3例心肺影像学表现恢复正常。当心动过速复发后,其影像又表现异常。结论心动过速性心肌病的影像学诊断具有动态特异性,完全控制心率后影像学表现可无异常。Objective To realize the image characteristics of tachycardiomyopathy. Materials and Methods The data of X ray film, cardiogram and echocardingram of 9 patients with tachycardiomyopathy were summarized, the change of image characteristics during the treaunent was observed. Results The imaging findings of 9 cases with tachycardio-induced cardiomyopathy included heart enlarged, mitral iusufficiency and tricuspid iusufficiency before treatment. After treatment, the heart retracted obviously （0.63 ± 0.07 vs 0.54 ± 0.05 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）, left ventricular ejection fraction was obviously increased （ 28.78% ± 12.32% vs 45.56% ± 8.75% ,P 〈 0.01 ）, the image of heart and lung was recovered. When tachycardiomyopathy recurred,the image findings were abnormal again. Conclusion The imaging findings of tachycardiomyopathy have dynamic characteristics, the image findings are normal in control of heart rate.
