摘 要:为研究不同环境pH对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)氮排泄的影响,将性成熟的中华绒螯蟹置于pH4.5、6.0、7.5、9.0和10.5的环境中,24h后测定血淋巴中不同含氮成分的变化。结果表明,环境pH从4.5到9.0,中华绒螯蟹的氨氮排泄无显著变化,当pH升高到10.5时,氨氮排泄受到显著抑制;同时环境pH的升高还导致血淋巴pH上升,在pH10.5时,血淋巴氨氮、尿素氮和尿酸的含量也显著上升分别达到(5.90±0.61)μg/mL、(2.47±0.14)μg/mL和(0.096±0.002)μmol/mL。实验结果还显示,高pH环境影响中华绒螯蟹的蛋白质和氨基酸的代谢水平,降低血淋巴总蛋白和血蓝蛋白的含量,而游离氨基酸含量显著增加,它们的变化可能同机体的氨中毒解毒机制有关。Crustacean nitrogenous excretion was easily affected by environmental factors, such as ambient ammonia,salinity and pH.In order to investigate the effects of pH on ammonia excretion and heamolymph nitrogenous contents of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis),matured female crabs were exposed to pH 4.5,6.0,7.5,9.0 and 10.5 for 24h,the ammonia excretion rate and haemolymph nitrogenous contents were determined after exposure.The results showed that there was no significant difference of the ammonia excretion of E.sinensis from pH 4.5 to pH 9.0,but the inhibit effects on the ammonia excretion were observed at pH 10.5 (p〈0.05).The haemolymph pH kept relatively constant at the levels of (7.79±0.02)-(7.82±0.01) from pH 4.5 to pH 9.0, but increased significantly to 8.2±0.05 when exposed to pH 10.5 (p〈0.05).The content of haemolymph ammonia,urea and urate were also affect by environmental pH.The content of haemolymph ammonia increased from (4.06±0.2)μg/mL at pH 7.5 to (5.90±0.61)μg/mL at pH 10.5 and decreased to(1.86±0.3)μg/mL at pH 4.5.The haemolymph urea and urate also affected by environmental pH,the content of urea and urate increased from (1.9±0.12)μmol/mL and (0.139±0.003)μmol/mL at pH 7.5 to (2.47±0.14)μmol/mL and (0.172±0.012)μmol/mL at pH 10.5, respectively.At pH 4.5,the concentrations of haemolymph were (1.81±0.08)μmol/mL and (0.096±0.002)μmol/mL,significantly lower than that of pH 7.5.The high pH exposure also affected the metabolisms of protein and amino acids.The total haemolymph protein and haemocyanin concentrations exhibited unchanged from pH 4.5 to pH 9.0,but decreased significantly at the pH 10.5.The content of haemolymph protein and haemocyanin were (76.94±3.08)mg/mL and (0.89±0.01)mmol/mL at pH 7.5, decreased to (57.18±8.49)mg/mL and (0.53±0.03)mmol/mL at pH 10.5,respectively.In contrast, the total haemolymph free amino acids increased significantly at pH 10.5 (p〈0.05).The results indicated tha
