摘  要:目的探索胶联羊膜的制备工艺,检测其生物力学特性,探讨其作为眼表移植材料的可行性和优越性。方法将羊膜和纤维蛋白胶粘合制备成胶联羊膜,使用光镜和扫描电镜进行形态学观察,随机选取制备好的12片胶联羊膜在电子万能试验机上进行单向拉伸性能测试,以单层羊膜和双层羊膜作对照,得出抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、弹性模量等。结果胶联羊膜厚度较单层羊膜明显增加,胶联羊膜组织切片示羊膜与胶粘合紧密,层间无间隙。胶联羊膜组的抗拉强度为(0.727±0.142)MPa,断裂伸长率为(24.130±4.523)%,弹性模量为(1.283±0.482)MPa。胶联羊膜的抗拉强度较单层羊膜和双层羊膜明显增加(P<0.01),断裂伸长率最高(P<0.01),弹性模量小于单层羊膜和双层羊膜(P<0.01)。结论胶联羊膜复合材料具有良好的生物力学特性,其柔韧性和可塑性优于单层羊膜和双层羊膜,作为眼表移植材料有更大的优越性。Objective To prepare the fibrin-binding amniotic membrane (FBAM), to test its biomechanical characters, and to discuss its feusibility and superiority as ocular surface repair material. Methods Fibrin was bound to amniotic membrane for FBAM preparation. After observing the morphology of FBAM using light microscope and scanning electron microscope, twelve films of FBAM were chosen at random to test their tensile strength using e|ectronic universal testing machine. The bilayer amniotic membrane(BAM) and the monolayer amniotic membrane (MAM) were as controls. The test parameters included yield strength, tensile strength, elongation at break, elastic modulus and so on. Results The FBAM was obviously thicker than the BAM and the MAM. The FBAM tissue section showed that the fibrin bound to the amniotic membrane tightly. There was no gap between layers. FBAM tensile strength : ( 0. 727 ± 0. 142 ) MPa, elongation at break : ( 24. 130 ± 4. 523 ) % , elastic modulus : ( 1. 283±0.482) MPa. The tensile strength and the elongation at break of FBAM were higher than those of the MAM and the BAM( P 〈 0.01). The elastic modulus of the FBAM was smaller than that of the MAM and the BAM( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The FBAM composites has better biomechanical properties than the MAM and the BAM, showing the superiority as ocular surface repair material.
