摘 要:目的探讨男性血清抵抗素(Resistin)、脂联素(Adiponectin)、水平与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法用ELISA测定232名20~80岁健康男性血清Adiponectin、Resistin;用DXA测定总体、腰椎正位、总髋部BMD,全身扫描测定体脂、瘦体重。结果Resistin与体脂无相关性。Adiponectin与体脂呈负相关,校正年龄与体重指数后,相关性消失。Adiponectin与总体、腰椎正位、总髋部BMD呈负相关,校正年龄与体脂后,相关性存在。Resistin与总体、腰椎正位、总髋部BMD无相关性。多元线性回归分析显示Adiponetin是男性各部位BMD的影响因素。结论Adiponectin与体脂相关,Adiponetin与各部位BMD呈负相关,是男性各部位BMD的影响因素。关于Adiponectin与骨代谢的关系,有待进一步深入研究。Objective To discuss the relationship between resistin, adiponectin levels and bone mineral density. Methods Serum adiponectin and resistin levels were determined by ELISA in 232 cases of Chinese men (20 - 80 years old); DXA method had been adopted to evaluate the overall body, Position of Lumbar Spinal, BMD of ischium, Fat mass and WeightResults Adiponectin was negatively correlated with fat mass, while resistin had no correlation with fat mass. The significant negative correlations between adiponectin and BMD were noted, and remaining significant after adjustment for age and fat mass. According to the result of the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, adiponectin, but not resistin, were independent predictors of BMD. Conclusions Correlated to fat mass, adiponectin was an independent predictor of BMD in Chinese men. It suggested that adiponectin may exert a negative effect on bone mass.
