摘 要:该文对银鹊树种子休眠和萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明:银鹊树种子成熟时胚形态发育正常,但种子无论在光照和黑暗条件下,恒温或变温中均不能萌发;离体胚培养时,发育不正常,子叶能长大、胚轴能伸长并增粗,而胚根却不伸长,说明种子的胚根具休眠特性。内果皮和外种皮含抑制物质和透气性差是引起胚根休眠的主要因素。低温(5℃)层积120d可以解除休眠,但在恒温中无论给予光照和黑暗条件仍不能萌发,最适的萌发条件是光照下30℃(日)/20℃(夜),其次是30℃(日)/15℃(夜)变温。The characteristics of dormancy and germination of Tapiscia sinensis Oliv. seeds were investigated. It was found that mature T. sinensis seeds had normal morphological embryos, but could not germinate whether the condition was in dark or illumination, constant or variable temperature. The seed embryo isolatedly cultivated was observed to develop abnormally. Although cotyledon could grow and the embryonic axis could extend and become thicken, embryonic root could not grow. This phenomenon indicated that the embryonic root had the dormancy characteristic, which had never been reported before. The inhibitors and poor permeability of inner pericarp and exopleura were found to be the main factors causing the dormancy of embryonic root. The dormancy of T. sinensis seeds could be broken using cold stratification for 120 days at temperature of 5℃, however the seeds could not germinate under constant temperature with illumination or dark. The best conditions for germination are the variable temperature of 30 ℃ at daytime and 20℃ for the night time under illumination, the second favourable conditions are the variable temperature of 30℃ at daytime and 15℃ for night time under illumination.
