摘 要:为合理制订竹材切削工艺,提高竹材切削质量,该文经刨切实验,利用触针式表面粗糙度测量仪,测量并分析了毛竹不同切面、密度、含水率等物理性质对刨切表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明,竹材不同切面切削质量有明显区别,纵向刨切表面质量优于横向刨切;竹材密度及含水率对刨切表面质量影响较为明显。密度越大,刨切表面质量越高;含水率与刨切表面粗糙度呈良好的二次曲线关系。In order to develop a practical planing procedure and to improve planing quality, the effects of physical properties of Moso bamboo ( PhyUostachys pubescens ), including both longitudinal and cross sections, densities and moisture content, on planing surface quality were investigated by surface roughness measurement after cutting experiments. It was found that the surface roughness related to cutting direction and section was obviously different. Moreover, the surface roughness of longitudinal cutting was significantly better than that of the cross cutting. Both density and moisture content of the bamboo had remarkable effects on the planing surface roughness. The results revealed that a higher density of bamboo would benefit to obtain a smooth cutting surface. A strong quadratic relation was observed between the moisture content and the surface roughness as well.
