摘 要:首先基于螺旋CT构建人体骨盆三维有限元模型,而后利用计算机力学测试软件(Solidworks),在重建模型上测定不同臼杯的摆放位置对髋臼周围应力分布的影响,寻找在何种置入角度下髋臼周围应力分布最为合理,验证臼杯置入角度的合理范围,从生物力学的角度为临床手术中臼杯置入的位置提供理论依据。In the present study, a three dimensional finite-element model of the human pelvic was reconstructed, and then, under different acetabular component position (the abduction angle ranges from 30*to 70*and the anteversion ranges from 5*to 30*) the load distribution around the acetabular was evaluated by the computer biomechanical analysis program (Solidworks). Through the obtained load distribution results, the most even and reasonable range of the distribution was selected; therefore the safe range of the acetabular component implantation can be validated from the biomechanics aspect.
