摘　　要：人体消化道无创检测系统在国内外取得了较大的成功,随着研究的深入,它必将得到广泛的应用。但对无创检测系统的胶囊定位还没有一个完美的解决方案。本文对国内外的胶囊定位系统的研究现状及其最新进展情况作了介绍,并对每一种定位方法的优缺点作了分析。The work of research and development of noninvasive monitoring system for human GI （gastrointestinal tract） has been very successful all over the world, and without questions, the system as such will extensively be applied in the future. However, the method for localization of the monitoring capsule in the system is not perfect. This paper reports the status quo of the research process for the capsule localization system, and analyzes their advantages and defects.
