摘　　要：论文探讨如何建立面向可持续发展的合作愿景规划机制,指出这种愿景规划涉及业务合作、规划方法与技术、决策、参与者的素质、组织程序和文化等方面,应该与合作管理的其他职能相呼应,在开放的环境中不断创新,同用户和合作伙伴的发展需求及其变化持续地互动。This paper analyses how to establish a vision planning mechanism oriented to sustainable development on library cooperation. It points out that this kind of vision planning relates to the professional cooperation, planning means together with technique, decision, the quality of participator, organization order, culture and so on. It should be in concert with other function of cooperation administration, continuously innovate in the opening environment, and continually stir each other to the development demands and its changes of consumer and partner.
