摘  要:主要以无线通信模块SST-2450和P89LPC935单片机为核心,介绍了一种新型智能化雷管电阻测试仪的软、硬件设计原理。该设备将射频无线模块与单片机系统相结合,实现了数据测试、保存、远距离传送一体化,不仅能够快速直观的测试并显示出雷管的阻值,而且能及时地将测试数据以无线的方式传送给监控中心的PC机,由PC机进行数据的显示和识别,成功地实现了爆破现场雷管电阻测试数据的无线处理,为现场作业提供了更为可靠的安全保障,并极大地便利了工作人员的现场作业。它具有体积小、功耗低、精度高、操作方便、性能稳定等优点,是一种可靠的便携式专用测试仪器。This paper presents a new smart cap resistance measuring instrument based on wiretess communication and P89LPC935 singlechip,including its design principle of hardware and software. This instrument combines wireless RF module with singlechip. It can realize measurement, preservation and distant wireless communication all - in - one. It not only can measure and show snap cap' s resistance quantity intuitively, but also can transmit data to monitoring center' s PC by wireless in time. It makes da- ta vision and data recognition. It can deal with the resistance' s data the is measured in blasting scene by wireless. It provides more safety control and convenience for the employees in scene operation. This instrument has many virtues, such as less volume, lower consume, high precision , easy to operate , stable property and so on. It is a kind of reliable and portable type special testing instrument.
