针刺丰隆单穴及其配穴对高脂血症大鼠不同器官SOD MDA的调配规律研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺不同穴位对高脂血症大鼠不同脏器(脾、肺、肝脏)中SOD、MDA的影响效应及其差异,以验证——穴位效应的本质是对机体生命物质在相关组织器官间进行重新调配,其通道是经络。方法:采用高脂饮食饲料喂养造成高脂血症大鼠模型。将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、丰隆单穴组和丰隆配穴组(丰隆、内关、关元),每组10只。空白组每天给予基础饲料喂养,其余3组每天给予高脂饲料喂养。喂养2周后给予丰隆单穴组、丰隆配穴组针刺治疗5周。治疗结束后,所有大鼠无菌摘取肝脏、脾脏、肺脏,制成10%的组织液,检测各脏器组织中SOD活性及MDA含量。结果:丰隆单穴组和丰隆配穴组脾、肺脏的SOD活性显著升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。丰隆单穴组肺脏MDA含量比模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。丰隆单穴组在脾、肺脏的SOD活性显著高于丰隆配穴组(P<0.01),肺脏MDA含量显著低于配穴组(P<0.01)。在肝脏,模型组、丰隆单穴组、丰隆配穴组3组间比较,SOD活性、MDA含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:穴位效应的本质是对机体生命物质在相关组织器官间进行重新调配,其调配规律与脏腑经络之间的网络关系及其生克乘侮运行规律对相关脏器间物质能量流向的影响有关。Objective ： To observe the different regulative effects on SOD and MDA of hyperlipemia rat model and the mechanism by acupuncture on Fenglong（ ST. 40） acupoint and it＇ s Combination Acupoints, and validate that the inbeing of acupoint offect is the distribution of the life matters between the correlational oragans , the passages are meridians. Methods ：The model was fed with high fat diet. 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group ： blank control group, model group, Fenglong （ ST. 40） group and combination of acupoints group （ ST40, RN4,. PC6） Rats in the blank control group were fed with basic diet everyday, while the rest groups were fed with high fat diet everyday. After two weeks, the rats in the Fenglong（ ST. 40） acupoint group and combination of acupoints group were treated with acupuncture respectively. After 5 weeks of treatment, liver, spleen and lung were selected for test of SOl） and MDA. Results ：In spleen and lung, the SOD in Fenglong（ST.40） group and combination of acupoints group ascended greater than the model group（ P 〈0.01 ）. The SOD in Fenglong（ ST. 40） group ascended greater than the combination of acupoints group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. And in lung ,the MDA in Fenglong（ ST. 40） group descended greater than the combination of acupoints group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. In liver, the three groups（ model group, Fenglong（ ST. 40） group and combination of acupoints group） had not difference（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion ：The inbeing of acupoint offect is the distribution of the life matters between the correlational oragans , and the rules of the distribution correlate to the net relations between the meridians and oragans, and the relations of the cooperation and restriction oragans effect on the way of the substances and energys go between the correlational oragans.
