治萎化异汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察治萎化异汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用。方法:89例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组56例服用治萎化异汤,对照组33例口服胃复春片治疗,总疗程12周。结果:治疗组总有效率总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率78.79%,两组临床疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组胃黏膜病理疗效(逆转IM、ATP)优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组抗HP感染的根除率和总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组均无明显毒副作用。结论:治萎化异汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的疗效。Objective ： To observe the effect of Zhiwei Huayi Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophy gastritis. Methods ：89 cases with chronic atrophy gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Among them ,56 cases of treatment group were treated by Zhiwei Huayi Decoction ,33 cases of control group by Weifuchun taballa. The total therapeutic time is 12 weeks. Results ：The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.50%. The total effective rate of control group was 78.79%. There was no significant difference between them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The gastromucosal pathologic changes of treatment group are more favorable than control group, There was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05）. Both the clearance rate and the total effective rate of anti - Helicobacter pylori between the two groups were no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. iNTo obviously adverse reaction was found. Conclusion ： Zhiwei Huayi Decoction is quite effective in the treatment of chronic atrophy gastritis.
