摘 要:目的:探讨黄芪与赤芍合用对免疫性肝损伤小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:采用卡介苗(BCG)和细菌脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠发生免疫性肝损伤,随机分为5组后,黄芪组、赤芍组、黄芪赤芍组分别给予黄芪提取物、赤芍提取物和黄芪赤芍合剂干预后,测定血清和肝组织中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果:黄芪赤芍组与其他组相比较,黄芪赤芍组能显著提高免疫性肝损伤小鼠的ALT,MDA,SOD和GSH-Px水平。结论:黄芪赤芍合用对免疫性肝损伤小鼠的抗氧化作用优于黄芪赤芍单独用药。Objective :To study the anti -oxidation capacity of astragalus and paeoniae rubra misture to mouse of immunological liver injury. Methods :Mouse of immunological liver injury was induced by BCG and LPS and were randomly allocated into five groups ( nomal control group, model control group, astragalus group, paeoniae rubra and astragalus and paeoniae rubra misture group). Astragalus, paeoniae rubra and astragalus and paeoniae rubra misture (0.2mL/10g) was administered to the last three groups for 10 weeks. Model control group received saline. All groups were compared the lever of ALT,SOD,MDA and GSH - Px in terms of serum and tissue. Results: Compare with other groups,astragalus and paeoniae rubra misture group can improve obviously the ALT, MDA, SOD and GSH - Px level of mouse of immunological liver injury. Conclusion : astragalus and paeoniae rubra misture is better than the other groups in the anti - oxidation capacity.
