骨痹安擦剂的药效学研究及其治疗骨关节疾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨痹安擦剂的药效学及其透皮外治中医痹证的临床疗效。方法:将小鼠随机分为大、中、小骨痹安擦剂、少林正骨精和赋形剂5组,分别观察对小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿的影响及小鼠甲醛致痛的影响。临床上将366例以寒湿阻络、气虚血瘀、痰湿阻络为主的骨关节病患者随机分为治疗组(骨痹安透皮外治组)和对照组(超短波治疗组)进行对比,观察两组的疗效及治疗前后的症状、体征、理化指标的改善情况。结果:实验研究,与赋形剂对比,骨痹安擦剂可显著降低小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿(P<0.01),大剂量骨痹安擦剂可明显延长甲醛法致小鼠足跖疼痛的潜伏期(P<0.05),大、中、小剂量骨痹安均可显著减少5m in和10m in内小鼠舔咬足跖的次数(P<0.01)。临床观察,治疗组和对照组总有效率及治疗前后症状、体征、理化指标的改变比较均有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组,且治疗组对寒湿阻络型疗效最优,病种中对骨性关节炎疗效最佳。结论:骨痹安擦剂有明显抗炎、镇痛作用,对骨关节相关疾病有良好的治疗效果。Obstract ： To discuss the pharmacodynamics of heumatism embrocation and their chinical curative effect of Bi -syndrome called by traditional Chinese medicine by external treatment through penetrating skin. Method ：Then divide the small rats into big, medium, small, heumatism embrocation, Shaolin bone - setting drug and excipient five groups at random,observe the small ratsaars＇swelling caused by xylene and the small rat＇aching caused by formaldehyde. Clinically divide 366 bone arthropathy patients into the curing group（ external treating group through penetrating skin）and the contrasting group（ treating group using ultrashort waves）at random taking cold -dampness stagnation ,lacking in vital energy and blood stagnation and phlegm - dampness stagnation as the dominant factor and carry out contrast. Then observe curative effects of these two groups and the improvement of symbols, objective signs and physics - chemistry index before and after the treatment. Results ：Through the experiment and contrasting with the excipient it shows that heumatism embrocation can obviously lessen the small rats＇ ears＇ swelling caused by xylene（ P 〈 0.01 ）, big dosages of heumatism embrocation can obviously extend the incubation period of small rats＇foot aching caused by formaldehyde （ P 〈 0.05） ,big,small and medium dosages of heumatism embrocation can obviously extend the incubation period of small rats＇foot aching caused by formaldehyde （ P 〈 0.05） ,big,small and medium dosages of heumatism embrocation can notablely reduce the numeber of thimes daring 5 mins and 10 mins that small rats lick and bite their feet （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Clinical observation shows that the total effective rate of the treating group and contrasting group and the changes of symbols, objective signs and physics - chemistry index before and after the treatment have efficiency meaning （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,the treating group is obviously superior to the contrasting group, the curative effect of the treating group is exc
