摘　　要：目的评估国产试剂在进口血细胞分析仪上的应用。方法以美国产BECKMAN COULTER STKS全自动血细胞分析仪为测定仪器,对同一批病人标本分别用进口与国产试剂进行测定,用统计学方法进行数据处理。结果国产试剂RBC、WBC、Hb、PLT本底值均低于进口试剂;各分析参数如RBC、WBC、Hb、PLT、NE、MO、LY、EO与进口试剂差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产试剂可替代进口试剂,以得到更多的社会和经济效益。[Objective]To assess the application of homemade reagent on the imported hemocyte analyzer. [Methods] Determination was made on the samples of the same patients with the imported and the homemade reagents on the American-made BECKMAN COULTER STKS automatic hemocyte analyzer; statistical method was used to deal with the data. [ Results] The basic value of RBC, WBC, Hb and PLT of the homemade reagent were lower than that of the imported reagent; the variables such as RBC, WBC, HGB , PLT, NE, MO, LY and EO of homemade reagent were proved to have no significant difference with that of the imported reagents （ P 〉0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Homemade reagent can replace the imported reagent and bring more social and financial benefit.
