植物总DNA和核DNA提取及其纯度的研究

摘　　要：采用氯份—异戊醇—RNA酶法及其改良法从小麦、燕麦黄化苗和大豆胚轴中提取植物总DNA和核DNA，结果表明：DNA纯度A260／A280≥1．80，A260／A230≥2.00，DNA片段为50Kb左右，均符合DNA分子育种的要求。Adopt the method of chloroform-isopentanol -Rnase and its method of improved from yellow seedling of wheat, oat and plumular axis of soybean extracted plant total DNA or nuclear DNA, the result showed: The purity of DNA A260/A280 1. 8, A260/A280 2.00,DNA franment about 50KB, accord with demand of DNA molecular breeding.
