摘 要:对信阳浉河河口污泥中紫色非硫细菌的类群和数量分布进行了初步研究.采集不同季节浉河上、中、下游3个不同站点的河口污泥样品进行分离培养,将所得到的52株分离培养物初步鉴定为紫色非硫细菌的3个属、8个种.同时检测了不同季节、不同站点的浉河水质的理化因子,如透明度、水温、pH值、NH4+、PO43-、总氮和总磷,并测定了紫色非硫细菌的种类和数量分布.研究表明,浉河河口污泥中广泛存在紫色非硫细菌类群的属和种;研究还发现,河口污泥中紫色非硫细菌在种类和数量分布上随不同季节、不同河段位置以及水质理化因子的不同而呈现不同的差异.The primary researches on the amount distributions and groups of purple non-sulfur bacteria in estuary sludge of Xinyang Shihe river were carried out. Sludge samples were collected at different seasons and different sites along the Shihe river. All 52 strains of separate cultures are primarily identified to 3 genus and 8 species of purple nonsulfur bacteria. Simultaneously ,the physi-ehemical indexes of water quality in Shihe river at different seasons and different sites, such as diaphaneity, water temperature, pH, NH4^+ , PO4^3 -, TN and TP were investigated. Meanwhile, the distributions of species and amounts of purple non-sulfur bacteria were also detected. The results showed that there were prevalent genus and species of purple non-sulfur bacteria in estuary sludge of Shihe river. It was also indicated that there were distinct differences in the amount distributions and groups of purple non-sulfur bacteria in estuary sludge of Shihe river along with the changes of geographical sites,water quality and seasons.
