摘  要:采用和金属声速接近的光学玻璃为样品.利用研制的动态光弹成像系统,研究了玻璃内圆柱形空腔对脉冲纵波和横波的散射情况,拍摄了纵波入射一对横穿圆柱形空腔的传播图像,记录了0—99.9μs时间内超声波声场散射的传播规律,利用开发的软件系统计算了超声波的爬波速度,并绘制了传播区域的声应力场图.由此来模拟超声波在非透明固体材料空腔中的传播行为,为超声波检测固体材料内部和表面缺陷提供了实验依据.Optical glass in which sound velocity is closer to the velocity of metal materials was adopted, and the scattering of ultrasonic pulsed longitudinal wave and transverse wave around cylindrical cavity in glass was studied by the means of dynamic photoelasticity technique. The images of scattering of an incident longitudinal wave through a pair of cylindrical cavities were taken. The propagation behavior of ultrasonic wave fields around cylindrical cavity is recorded from 0 to 99.9 μs . The velocity of creeping waves were measured with software, and stress field graph on any area was plotted. The propagation of ultrasonic waves in opacity materials is stimulated, and at the same time, the theory of ultrasonic pulsed waves detection interior and surface flaw of metal round rod materials is verified by experimental means.
