摘　　要：近年来,由量子点作为标记物的荧光分析法引起了国内外研究者的广泛关注,特别是量子点在生命科学的应用已成为人们研究的热点.但将量子点荧光探针用于离子和小分子化合物的测定研究还处于起步的阶段.本文就量子点的光学特性、制备方法及其在化学分析方面的研究进展和应用前景作简要综述.In recent years, the fluorometry with quantum dots as the label has been attracting widely attention among investigators both here and abroad, especially the application of quantum dots in life science. But the determining methods, with quantum dots as luminescent probes, of ions and small molecule compounds are still on the first stage. In this article we will make a summary review on the optical properties, preparation of quantum dots, and their research progress and application prospect in chemical analysis.
