摘　　要：毛泽东是新中国的主要缔造者和社会主义社会基本制度的设计者与最初实践者。1949-1957年初毛泽东在固权安邦和社会变革的过程中,形成了一系列维护社会稳定的重要理论原则并进行了成功的实践。站在历史的高度来看,毛泽东在新中国成立初期关于维护社会稳定的成功经验及其实践,对我们今天在全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会进程中实现社会稳定,具有重要的指导意义。As a founder of New China, a designer and practitioner of the basic socialist system, MAO Ze-dong developed a series of significant theories for maintaining social stabilities and put them into practice successfully in the process of strengthening the political power, keeping the social stability and changing the society in 1949-1957. From the viewpoint of history, these important theories and successful experience and practice are of great guidance for realizing social stabilities in the course of constructing a well-off, and harmonious socialist society.
