摘  要:目的探讨多层面螺旋CT泌尿系成像(MSCTU)对多发性肾结石诊断和治疗的临床价值。方法对35例多发性肾结石病人行CT平扫、肾脏增强动态扫描及尿路造影,将资料传至工作站,采用多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)、容积再现(VR)等后处理技术,重建泌尿系图像。结果35例多层面螺旋CT泌尿系成像(MSCTU),可清晰直观地显示结石的部位、大小、形态、与周围组织的解剖关系,术中根据重建泌尿系图像取石,损伤小,结石残留率低。结论MSCTU对多发性肾结石的定性和定位诊断更为明确,对手术方式有指导性作用,可明显减少结石残留率。[Objective] To assess the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT urography (MSCTU) in the diagnosis and the treatment of patients with complex renal calculus. [Methods] Thirty five patients with complex renal calculus underwent plain CT scan and enhanced dynamic scanning for kidneys, and the data was transmitted to the workstation, where the reconstructed images of the urinary system were obtained by means of multiplanar reformation (MPR), curved planar reformation(CPR) and volume rendering(VR). [Results] In the thirty five patients, the location, size, shape of stones and the relationship of its adjacent anatomic structure were directly showed by MSCTU. The calculus was taken out on the base of images of the urinary system, and the operation was of fewer injuries and lower residual calculi rate. [Conclusion] MSCTU has an advantage in the qualitative and localized diagnosis of complex renal calculus. It is useful to guide the operation methods and to reduce the residual calculi rate.
