摘  要:以超级早稻陆两优996为试验材料,通过4种不同栽插密度的设定,以培育4种不同的数量与质量群体,从而对陆两优996在不同栽插密度下的群体性状及生理特性进行研究。研究结果表明:超级早稻陆两优996在4种不同的栽插密度下,所构建的4种不同的群体性状,以A4(13.3cm×26cm)栽插密度最为优化,A1(13.3cm×20cm)其次,A2(16.7cm×20cm)、A3(20cm×20cm)最低,这主要是与正方形、长方形栽插模式所固有的特性有关,不同栽插密度下的主要数量性状之间及主要质量性状之间均呈显著的正相关,而群体数量性状与群体质量性状之间均呈负相关,其中以结实率与最高茎蘖数、平均单株穗重与最高茎蘖数的相关系数最大;4种不同群体性状中,剑叶总叶绿素含量和其相应的光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙的CO2浓度和蒸腾速率下降幅度的大小依次为,A3>A2>A1>A4。Super early rice combination Luliangyou 996 is used as experimental material, and 4 different transplanting densities are set for cultivating 4 different transplanting quantitative and qualitative population so as to study the population traits and physiological characteristics of Luliangyou 996 in different transplanting densities. The experimental results show 4 different population traits cultivated in 4 different transplanting densities, A4 transplanting density is the most optimized, followed by A1, A2 and A3 are minimum, which is in main relation with the inherent characteristics of the rectangular and square planting pattern. The major quantitative trait and the main qualitative trait under different planting densities have significantly positive correlation, but between quantitative and qualitative traits of population are negatively correlated, especially the SSR and MTN, average panicle weight per plant and MTN; the decreased trend of total CHL content of flag leaf and the corresponding photosynthesis, cond, transpiration rate and the concentration of CO2 are A3〉A2〉A 1 〉A4.
