Nd-YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体肥大500例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察间接喉镜下利用Nd:YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体肥大的疗效。方法:在间接喉镜下采用自制的弯形激光切割器接触炭化肥大的舌扁桃体500例。结果:随访6个月至1年,治愈率68%,显效率18.8%。有效率11.2%,无效率4.4%。结论:该手术操作简单,术中出血少,术后不易复发,病人痛苦小,是治疗舌扁桃体肥大的一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广使用。Objectives： To study the therapeutic effects of indirect laryngoscopic Nd：YAG laser operation in treatment of hypertrophy of lingual tonsils. Methods： 168 patients withhyportrophy of lingual tonsils were treated with Nd： YAG laser operation using a eutterbar modified from laryngeal polyp forceps under indirect laryngoscope. Results： The cure rate was 58 percent, excellence rate 23.8percent, effective rate 16.2 percent and ineffective rate 4.4 percent within 6- month to 1 - year follow - up without recurrence. Conclusions： This technique was proved to be effective without recurrence, easy to conduct, with mild bleeding. The pain caused by the technique to patients was largely reduced compared with the traditional operation. The technique was an ideal operative method and should be introduced to more doctors.
