摘  要:对共光路径向剪切干涉(CRSI)的近场重建算法和LCTV的强度调制特性进行了分析。首先利用CRSI测量了实验中的LCTV强度调制特性的线性区域,然后将LCTV处于强度调制状态下模拟产生一任意强度分布,并使其灰度值限定在它的强度调制线性区域内,再进行径向剪切干涉测量,获取了该强度分布的干涉条纹图。从干涉图中提取出背景强度后,运用环路径向剪切干涉仪的近场重建迭代算法进行运算,得到了模拟光强的近场分布。本文同时对这一近场分布进行了数值仿真与实验研究,并对实验中出现的误差从理论上进行了合理的分析,进一步验证了实验方法的可行性和环路径向剪切干涉仪的近场重建迭代算法的正确性。The near - field reconstruction algorithm of the cyclic radial shearing interferometer and the amplitude modulation prosperity of Liquid crystal television(LCTV) is introduced. First, the intensity modulation characteristic of the LCTV as an optical intensity modulator is measured by our CRSI. Then, with LCTV in the state of intensity modulating character, an arbitrary intensity distribution is generated by writing a gray level in LCTV, whose gray region is limited in the scope of the intensity linear modulation region of LCTV. hs interferogram is obtained by the radial sheafing interferometer. The background intensity distribution of the interferogram is extracted from this interferogram. According to the iterative algorithm, the near - field distribution of the simulating intensity is precisely reconstructed. The numerical simulation and an actual experiment of the near - field reconstruction of a distorted wave - front are implemented successfully. And the results of simulation and experiment show that the method of our simulation is feasible and the iterative algorithm can be used to reconstruct near- field distribution.
