摘　　要：目的:观察Nd:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效。方法:从基底部插入,使化脓性肉芽肿凝固、坏死,一直到没有出血为止。结果:经1年随访,无1例复发,治愈率100%。结论:操作简单,创面出血少,甚至不出血。病人痛苦小,愈后不复发,是治疗化脓性肉芽肿的一种较为理想的方法,值得推广使用。Objectives ： To study the therapeutic effects of Nd ： YAG laser in treatment of pyogenic gramloma. Methods ： To insert from base of pyogenic granuloma. It was solidified and become necosis. Resuls： The rate of cure was 100 percent at 1 - year follow- up without recurrence. Conclusions： This technique was proved to be effective without recurrence, easy to conduct, with mild bleeding. The pain cansed by the technique was slight. The technique was an ideal method and should be introducad to more doctors.
