摘  要:遗传力测验表明,油分蛋白总量(含油率与种子蛋白质含量之和)的遗传力为98.9%,品种群体内个体之间的变异系数为1.83%,而含油率和种子蛋白质舍量的遗传力分别为92.4%和89.6%,品种群体内个体之间变异系数分别为6.38%和6.30%,油分蛋白总量表现出比单一的含油率或种子蛋白质含量的遗传力强,不同年度、不同地理环境、不同栽培条件下其性状更稳定。将此性状作为高油分、高蛋白育种的目标选择性状将会使选择更有效、更快趋于稳定,并可同时兼顾含油率和蛋白质含量的选择。选择油分蛋白总量在68%~70%的育种材料,有可能育出含油率在44%~45%,种子蛋白质含量在24%~25%的高油分高蛋白的品种。The results from the heritability test show that the heritability of total oil and protein content is 98.9% and the variation coefficient among individuals in the population of the same parent is 1.83%, and the heritability of oil and protein content is 92.4% and 89.6 % and the variation coefficient among individuals in the population of the same parent is 6.38 % and 6.30 % respectively, which expresses the heritability of total oil and protein content is higher than single oil content or single protein content. Because the performance of total oil and protein content is stable under different years, geographical environment and cultivation condition, the character can be effectively used in breeding of high oil content and high protein content of hybrid rape. The varieties with 44 % -45 % oil content and 24 % - 25 % protein content may be bred from the parents with 68% -79% of total oil and protein content.
