双低杂交油菜品种油研1707的选育

摘　　要：油研1707是以黄籽双低隐性核不育系8227A与双低恢复系898配制的杂交组合。2005-2006年在四川的区域试验和生产试验中产量分别为159．12kg／667m^2和174．33kg／667m^2，较CK（蜀杂6号）分别增产10．73％和24．74％；芥酸含量0．18％，硫甙含量18．57μmol／g·饼，含油率42．27%。Youyan 1707 is a hybrid rape combination from the recessive GMS line 8227A with yellow seeds, low erucic acid and low glucosinolate contentX the restore line 898 with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content. The average yield in the regional and production tests was 159. 12 kg/667m^2 and 174.33 kg/667m^2, 10.73% and 24.74%o higher than Shuza 6 （CK） during 2005-2006 respectively. The erucic acid, glucosinolate and oil content was 0. 18%, 18. 57 μmol/g（cake） and 42.27 % separately.
