电针膀胱经五脏俞对格林-巴利综合征家兔坐骨神经中IL-4 IL-10影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察电针膀胱经五脏俞对格林-巴利综合征(GBS)家兔坐骨神经中T细胞Th2亚型细胞因子IL-4、IL-10的影响,探讨电针膀胱经五脏俞治疗GBS作用机制,从而为自身免疫病的防治提供新方法。方法:采用国际公认的P2免疫动物模型—急性变态反应性神经炎(EAN),采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法观测电针膀胱经五脏俞对GBS家兔坐骨神经中IL-4、IL-10 mRNA表达水平的影响。结果:模型组IL-4、IL-10的mRNA表达与空白组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),经过治疗后明显升高,第14天时电针组与免疫球蛋白组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针膀胱经五脏俞使IL-4、IL-10的mRNA表达明显升高,拮抗Th细胞亚群的失衡,对GBS起到治疗作用。Objective ： To discuss the function of electroacupuncture at Shu - points of the five Zang - organ in the mechanism of EAN through observe the expression level of Helper T cell subsets IL -4, IL- 10mRNA in acute allergy neuritis domestic rabbit＇s sciatic nerve organizes, Methods： Intensively mixed P2 3ml and the isometric CFA prepared the EAN animal model by the immunity domestic rabbit, Using RT - PCR to examine the expression level of Helper T cell subsets IL - 4, IL - 10mRNA, Results： There is no significant differences between the electroacupuncture group and the control group （ P 〉 0, 05 ）, After the treatment the mRNA expression of IL- 4, IL- 10 obviously increased in the model groups, and with no significant differences as compared with those the immunity globulin group （ P 〉 0.05） in the 14th day. Conclusion： Electroaeupuncture at Shu -points of the urinary bladder five Zang - organs could antagonist the unbalance of Th cell subsets and caused the mRNA expression of IL - 4,IL - 10 to elevate and play a treatment function in GBS.
