摘 要:目的建立测定当归饮片及当归配方颗粒中铅、镉、砷、汞残留量的方法。方法采用聚四氟乙烯消化罐程序升温消解样品,以石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉的含量;蒸气发生-原子荧光光谱法测定砷汞的含量。结果铅、镉、砷、汞的回收率分别为107.3%、92.6%、90.2%、96.4%。结论该法操作简便、快速,可用于中药材及成药中铅、镉、砷、汞残留量的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish the methods used to determine the content of Pb, Cd, As, and Hg in prepared Chinese Angelica and Angelica sinensis dispensing granules. METHODS Digested by microwave and the content of Pb and Cd was measured by GFAAS (graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry) ,the content of As and Hg was measured by HG -AFS( atomic fluorescence spectrometry). RESULTS The recovery of Pb was 107.3% , the recovery of Cd was 92. 6% , the recovery of As was 90. 2% ; the recovery of Hg was 96.4%. CONCLUSION These methods are simple and rapid for operating and can be used for the determination of total mercury in Chinese herbal medicine.
