摘  要:目的建立测定川芎药材中总阿魏酸的方法。方法采用HPLC—DAD法,色谱柱为Kromails C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸(18:82)梯度洗脱;流速1.0ml·min^-1;柱温30℃;检测波长320nm。结果总阿魏酸0.053—0.478μg线性关系良好,平均回收率100.92%,RSD=1.74%。结论所建方法简单可靠,易于操作,重复性好。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of total ferulic acid in Rhizoma chuanxiong by HPLC for improving the quality standard of Rhizoma chuanxiong. METHODS We discussed the reasonability of total ferulic acid for quality assessment of Rhizoma chuanxiong using a gradient program by HPLC - DAD and developed a new HPLC method to quantitatively analyze total ferulic acid in Rhizoma chuanxiong. A Kromails C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) ;was used with a mixture of acetonitrile -1% acetic acid (18 : 82) as themobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1 and the column temperature maintained at 30 ℃. The detective wavelength was 320 nm. RESULTS The linearity range of ferulic acid was 0. 053 to 0. 478 μg. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 100. 92% with the RSD of 1.74%. CONCLUSION This method could be used as the quality control standard for Rhizoma chuanxiong.
