摘 要:目的测定荆芥及荆芥油中的薄荷酮和胡薄荷酮。方法采用GC法。用PEG-20M石英毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm×1μm),FID检测器,氮气为载气,柱温140℃,气化室和检测器温度均为250℃,不分流进样。以萘为内标。结果薄荷酮的线性范围为0.2~2.5mg·ml^-1(r=0.9999),胡薄荷酮的线性范围为0.2~2.5mg·ml^-1(r=0.9992);薄荷酮和胡薄荷酮的平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.0%、99.6%。结论所建方法简便、准确,可同时测定荆芥以及荆芥油中的薄荷酮和胡薄荷酮。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of menthone and pulegone in Schizonepeta tenuifolia and Schizonep etaoil. METHODS The contents of menthone and pulegone were determined by GC with PEG - 20M fused capillary column (30 m × 0. 53 mm, 1 μm) and FID detector, nitrogen as the carrier gas. Both injector and detector temperatures were set at 250℃, and the col- umn temperature was 140℃. The method was employed with naphthalene as the internal standard. RESULTS The linear ranges were 0. 2 - 2; 5 mg· ml^-1 ( r = 0. 9999) for menthone and 0. 2 - 2.5 mg· ml^-1 ( r = 0. 9992 ) for pulegone, the mean recoveries ( n = 9 ) of menthone and pulygone were 99.0% and 99.6% , respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate, which can be applied to the determination of menthone and pulegone in Schizonepeta Tenuifolia and Schizonepetaeoil.
