摘　　要：基于电网建设新形势需求,分析了输变电工程可行性研究阶段中技术经济工作的特点,提出了规范性技术经济文件的深度要求,并针对此阶段中最为基础的可研估算,分析常见的问题,提出了切实可行的解决方法。Based on the new trend and requiuirements for the construction of power grid, the features of technical economy at the feasibility study stage of the transmission and distribution project are analyzed, and the depth requirements for standard technical economy files are put forward. In view of the most fundamental feasibility estimation at this stage, the common problems are analyzed and the feasible solutions are proposed.
