摘 要:研究3×0.22+9×0.20CCHT,0.365+6×0.35HT BETRU和5×0.35HI钢丝帘线在轮胎中的应用,并与传统型3+9+15×0.175+1、3×4×0.22HE和未经预变形工艺普通型0.365+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线进行对比。结果表明,3×0.22+9×0.20CCHT钢丝帘线用于胎体具有良好的耐疲劳和耐磨损性能,0.365+6×0.35HT BETRU和5×0.35HI钢丝帘线用于带束层具有良好的橡胶渗透和高抗冲击性能。新结构钢丝帘线应用于中小型载重轮胎不仅可以提高轮胎耐久性能,而且可以减小轮胎质量,降低成本。The application of new structure steel cords in TBR tire was investigated, including 3 × 0.22+9×0.20CCHT,0. 365+6×0.35HT BETRU and 5×0.35HI steel cord, and compared to conventional steel cords, namely, 3+9-F 15 ×0. 175+1,3 × 4 × 0.22HE and conventional 0. 365-+6 × 0.35HT steel cord without treatment of predeformation technique. The results showed that the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of carcass increased by using 3 ×0.22+9× 0.20CCHT steel cord in the carcass ply of TBR tire, and better rubber penetration and high shock resistance could be achieved by using 0. 365+6 ×0.35HT BETRU and 5 × 0. 35HI steel cord in the belt of tire. The endurance of finished tire improved, the weight and production cost of tire reduced by using the new structure steel cord in the TBR tire.
