摘　　要：目的采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用卡络磺钠中卡络磺钠的含量。方法紫外分光光度法：检测波长363nm。结果卡络磺钠在3．2～12．8mg·L^-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为98．97％～99．46％，RSD为0．19％～0．59％。结论本法均可用作卡络磺钠及其制剂的质量控制。Aim To determine carbazochrome sodium sulfonate for injection,by UV spectrophotometric method. Method UV spectrophotometric method was used. The UV detection wavelength was set up at 363 nm. Results The standard curve was linear in the range between 3.2 and 12.8 mg·L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery rate were between 98.97% and 99.46% with the RSD from 0. 19% to 0. 59%. Conclusion The method was simple, repid, accurate and can be used to controll carbazochrome sodium sulfonate and its preparations.
