天麻素提取物注射液在7种输液中的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的考察天麻素提取物注射液在7种输液中的稳定性。方法用高效液相色谱法测定天麻素提取物注射液与不同输液配伍12h内天麻素含量及光谱变化,同时考察配伍液的外观和pH值。结果天麻素提取物注射液在7种输液中12h内的含量均在98%以上,外观、pH值、吸收光谱均无显著变化。结论天麻素注射液可与7种输液配伍使用。Objective To observe the stability of Gastrodin Injection in seven infusions. Methods The content of gastrodin was determined by HPLC, the spectrum were monitored by HPLC,the appearance was assessed, and pH was measured within 12 h. Results All infusions containing gastrodin retained more than 98% of their initial levels, pH and appearance had no significant change. Conclusion Gastrodin Injection in seven infusions can be used.
