摘　　要：目的探讨微创开放式腹膜前无张力疝修补术的临床效果。方法应用美国巴德公司生产的内存记忆弹力环补片(Kugel),经腹股沟韧带中点小切口,置入腹膜前人工分离的袋状间隙,以修补耻骨肌孔的3个缺损。结果本组90例手术时间15～45min,平均33min;切口均甲级愈合,术后平均4h下地活动;切口疼痛轻微,无皮下血肿、阴囊积液等并发症;住院时间2～7d,平均4d。结论微创开放式腹膜前疝修补是一后进路的无张力修补方法,能同时修补耻骨肌孔的3个缺损。它不需解剖腹股沟管,手术简捷,创伤更小,恢复快,是迄今最合理而理想的腹股沟疝修补方法。Objective To evaluate the value of minimally invasive open-preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy. Methods Bard Kugel Hernia Patch with memory recoil ring, produced by American Bard Com. is placed into the preperitoneal space through a little incision at the midpoint of the crural ligament, to repair the three defects of the Myopectineal Orifice. Results 80 patients were cured with the Bard Kugel Hernia Patch,the operation time is 15 -45min, mean 33rain; less pain;no complications happened. The time in hospital is 2 -7d,mean 4 d. Conclusions The minimally invasive open-preperitoneal herniorrhaphy is a kind of tension-free herniorrhaphy posterior approach. The three defects of the Myopectineal Orifice were repaired simultaneously. The operation is minimally invasive and speedy,need not to dissect the inguinal tuble. It is the best reasonable and ideal method of inguinal herniorrhaphy.
