系统性红斑狼疮非典型性皮疹32例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)非典型性皮疹的临床特点,以提高认识、减少误诊误治。方法对早期表现为非典型性皮疹的32例SLE患者的诊治情况进行回顾性分析,总结分析其皮疹特点及其误诊原因。结果误诊为过敏性紫癜12例、原发性血小板减少性紫癜7例、脂溢性皮炎、荨麻疹各5例、湿疹3例。结论SLE早期皮疹表现多样,易误诊、误治,应引起临床医师重视。Objective To investigate clinical features of atypical rashes of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） ,so as to reduce misdiagnosis. Methods Diagnosis and treatment of 32 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, characteristics of their rashes and causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results 12,7,5,5,3 cases were mlsdiagnosed as Henoch-Schonlein purpura, primary ITP, Seborrheic dermatitis, urticaria and eczema. Conclusions Clinicians should pay more attention to early rashes characteristics of SLE ,because it is varied and easy be misdiagnosed.
