芪玄益心胶囊对冠脉结扎大鼠心肌IL-1β及其mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的评价芪玄益心胶囊对冠脉结扎大鼠心肌梗死的治疗作用,并探讨其机理。方法建立大鼠冠脉结扎心肌梗死模型,将模型大鼠随机分为麝香保心丸组、芪玄益心胶囊高、中、低剂量组、模型组,并设空白对照组。观察各组心肌梗死率和心肌白介素-1β(IL-1β)及其mRNA的表达。结果模型组及各治疗组与空白组比较心肌梗死率、IL-1β及其mRNA表达均显著增高(P<0.05)。芪玄益心胶囊各剂量组与模型组比较心肌梗死率、IL-1β及其mRNA均明显降低(P<0.05),以高剂量组变化最显著,高剂量组在降低心肌梗死率、IL-1β及其mRNA表达方面均优于麝香保心丸组(P<0.05)。结论芪玄益心胶囊能够降低心肌梗死率,并推测芪玄益心胶囊抗心肌梗死的作用与其抑制IL-1β及其mRNA的表达相关。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of capsule QiXuanYiXin on myocardial infarction in coronary ligated rats. Methods To ligate coronary of rats to duplicate myocardial infarction model. The rats were randomized into Shexiangbaoxin pill group, high, middle and low dose of capsule Qixuanyixin group, placebo group and control group. The rate of myocardial infarction and the expression of protein and mRNAof IL-1βin myocardial were observed. Results Compared with control group, the rate of myocardial infarction and the expression of protein and mRNAof IL-1β in myocardial were higher than that in placebo group and each therapeutic group. （ P 〈 0. 05 ） The rate of myocardial infarction and the expression of protein and mRNAof IL-1βin myocardial were lower in each dose of capsule Qixuanyixin, （ P 〈 0. 05 ） with the most obvious effect in high dose group, which was superior to Shexianghaoxin pill（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Capsule Qixxuanyixin could lower the rate of myocardial infarction, the anti-infarction effect may be associated with its effect in inhibiting the expression of protein and mRNAof IL-1β.
