影响绢纺成纱疵点的关键和质量控制

摘　　要：通过对绢丝成品疵点的分析,对比证实,改善精梳绵网质量,提高精梳绵网纤维顺直度是降低绢纺精梳制绵工艺成纱千米疵点的关键,使120Nm/2绢丝千米疵点从月平均4.63下降到0.84只。Through the analysing and comparison the fault on spun silk yarn,the authors found out that the main point to improve the spun silk yarn quality by decreasing its yarn fault of its web on combing machine as well as increasing the straightness of the fibre in the combed web. By this measure the fault of the spun silk yarn can decrease from 4.36 points/1000m to 0. 84 points/1000m.
